(Schneider & Associates) we offer our clients the technical capabilities of much larger Architectural firms combined with a level of service, commitment, and responsiveness only a smaller firm can provide.  Schneider & Associates is dedicated to producing only the highest quality of work and to ensure this, all projects are conducted under the direct supervision of the owner, Ronald M. Schneider, AIA.

We offer the services of a full design team, including Site, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineers, or any combination thereof, in order to meet the needs of the client and a particular project.  Projects are carefully coordinated with the client from the initial concept stages, through Schematic and Design Development Phases, and finally into Construction Documents. Schneider & Associates also offers Construction Administration services, where project meetings are held on a regular basis throughout the construction process to ensure that the project progresses according to the Construction Documents.  Schneider & Associates also has close relationships with a number of Contractors from all areas of the building trades, which is critical when the client wishes to use a Design/Build format.

In addition to its use of the most advanced equipment, Schneider & Associates continues to use classic architectural design principles and methodologies as its standard, while keeping abreast of current advances in building technologies.  Each project integrates solid architectural concepts, seasoned by the years of experience from both the owner and staff. Mr. Schneider maintains a successful working relationship with a number of local building departments through years of successful, complete and code compliant project submissions.  In order to maintain this status, he ensures that the firm is up to date with the latest guidelines, codes and approval processes.  We can meet with officials of the various municipalities during our schematic and design development phases to facilitate the approval process.
