We not only provide dependable and durable solutions for challenging problems, but work closely with the client to produce and deliver designs in a timely, cost effective manner. We continue to improve our design services through the practical use of emerging building technologies and an extensive review process. Our consistent success with challenging projects has helped our firm build an outstanding reputation in both the professional and construction trades.
Schneider & Associates is also committed to providing the various services required when rehabilitating older structures. With the adoption of the New Jersey State Rehabilitation Subcode, rehabilitation of existing structures has become a viable alternative to new construction. Mr. Schneider’s expertise in working within the guidelines of the Rehabilitation Subcode has provided a substantial cost savings to his clients while also maintaining the safety of the public.
Schneider & Associates integrates its diverse practical experience, knowledge of the Rehabilitation Code, and an ability to blend the two together to address technically challenging projects. This approach results in the delivery of timely, cost effective, quality architectural design solutions which fully address the client’s project requirements. Emphasis is placed upon effective communication with the client, from project conception to final design solution. The success of the firm in this area depends upon our ability to adapt to the changing client needs throughout the entire project cycle.
As part of our services, Schneider & Associates can assist the client in assessing the status of an existing building by providing a detailed building analysis of the structure. These reports indicate the structural integrity of the building, any existing design deficiencies that need correcting, and the status of the existing electric, plumbing and mechanical systems of the building. These observations, combined with an as-built survey of the building serve as a guide in determining if the existing building can meet the client’s needs. It can also provide a base for rough estimates of potential construction costs.
