Healthcare
We understand that healthcare design today requires an understanding of the administrative, facility management and construction techniques as well as the latest in technology and materials. This knowledge allows use to successfully develop functional space programming of the various types of facilities.
We are dedicated to assisting our clients through the regulatory maze of codes, achieving compliance and finally approval. We work closely with our clients throughout the schematic, design and construction phases, in order to realize the client’s specific goals.
We strive to build relationships through teamwork, involving the clients and their consultants as well as construction personnel when possible, feeling that this approach best serves our clients. This allows us to optimize the project strategy, ensuring that the final design best fits the clients needs as well as time and budget constraints.
Schneider & Associates maintains a good reputation with the Department of Health and Senior Services, and the Health Care Plan Review division of the Department of Community Affairs, as well as various Health Care Consultants. This ensures that we are up to date with guidelines, codes and approval procedures. We can meet with officials from these various agencies during the schematic and design development phases in order to streamline the approval process.
